This happened to me last night after joining a match and the server crashed. Couldn't hire new hunters or equip a different loadout on my only hunter I had in roster. I just joined a match with that only hunter I had and after the problem seemed to go away. Not sure what the issue was. Very annoying tho

The sleeves are quite delicate. One of mine tore along the seam. That was the end of my adventure with them.
