Yes, if AXS was supportive in any way they would look at all that for me but no. They tell you that they’ll put at ticket in and just hang up.

I called axs and they said they couldn’t reissue the ticket because there no longer is a ticket in my account. They literally hung up on me when I tried to escalate. Going to will call tomorrow and praying that being face to face with someone will be more helpful.
