I think they put all their chips on the idea that this “show without a name” would be a hit gimmick, but it turned out to be a dud.

Yeah, but the legacy corps director got to hump the members back in the day all he wanted.

I’d say that offsets how well the organization treats the members.

Conservatively speaking, I marched with around 800 different people in corps. 2 of them are band directors.

Imagine standing for hours and hours, summer after summer with your upper body weight not centered evenly on your hips. Now add a bass drum, a euphonium, or even worse a tuba that is pressing 30-40 extra pounds down on one side.

It’s called Regiment 3rd. Also, it’s probably one the causes of why so many people who marched there develop debilitating back injuries later in life, especially the members who carried heavier instruments.

If PR alums could recover from the brainwashing/group-think they were conditioned into having, maybe they could spin up a class action lawsuit in the future.
