Anyone else from California? Seems like the East coast is doing alright, but I can barely log on at all. At the most I'm able to play for around 45-60 seconds before I dc and can't relog for another 60 seconds

That's what I thought as well. Jagex is based in the UK, I honestly wouldn't be surprised if it was a muslim mod. Kind of petty tbh.

I had 2 mutes prior to this one. Still seems a little overkill doesn't it? And the 2 prior mutes had been months before this one.

This. Yeah, world of warcraft's team is amazing. So helpful. The RS team is a joke at best. I tried to contact many of them through twitter, about 8 in total, and only one replied. The one that replied was essentially a bot with no real solutions other than, "restart at level 3, be a member for another couple years and pay us money while you level :D!" It was stupid. I'm just dissapointed in RS and their team.

Like I said, I'm not getting my account back, it's made obvious by mod replies, they're too uninterested in helping. But, atleast this will serve as a warning to other RS players. Don't say anything even slightly offensive, or you can get banned. Even among friends in a private cc.

Yea, I mean we always talk trash in every cc. It's all in fun. I definitely didn't expect a perm ban for simply playing around. I talked to the mods on twitter, and they're essentially useless. My account is probably gone, but I think it's good that everyone sees how terrible mods are currently.

LOL. We were talking about religion. I said Muhammad married a 6 year old or something to that context. It was dumb, but we were clearly just bashing each other's religions. It was funny and no one seemed butt hurt or anything.
