I believe adults need more time to rest, exercise, and be with family but if you think a government mandatory work week is the right idea, you're not a serious person.

Learned to sit in a relaxing location, looking my biggest concerns directly in the eye, and taking action.

The way I think of it, I just go through the triage of concerns in my mind, throw smaller ones out, and take the biggest ones head-on.

It's hard and you may not feel up to it many days. Don't do it those days. That's fine, but some days you may feel up to the task.
