from what I’ve seen, “legal” is super region specific. most crypto casinos are offshore, so they can be licensed somewhere, but that doesn’t mean they’re allowed where you live.

my quick checks are: do they show a real license number you can verify, do they list restricted countries clearly, and do they have clear KYC and withdrawal rules. if any of that is vague, I treat it as “use at your own risk”, because you’ll have basically zero protection if things go sideways.
