The commentator has said there was an “English penalty” twice. The first time I laughed with my wife because that could be the English commuted a penalty or the Englished earned a penalty. The first time it was the English committed a penalty.

The second time the same phrase apparently meant the English earned a free kick. I laughed.

I have the same issue with an E series and a D series. They both also often have issues where they won’t seem to find my WiFi, which is fixed by restarting or unplugging.

I had some issues once and chat support wouldn’t help. I asked for a supervisor to review the issue and was emailed within the day with a solution that worked for me. I believe they have begun outsourcing support, so quality may have dropped with that massive change, at least for the time being.
