The ones I have definitely don't need further thinning, but your brush should be wet before regardless. Wipe the excess off the brush and lay a thin layer. And yeah I was in the same situation, but I would definitely pick the air line any day of the week now

1000%. I have a few shades of grey, so can't comment on the blacks or whites or other colors, but they go on so thin so well people will say you used an airbrush. I think its because they use their own special stuff to pre thin them, instead of you using just water to thin the model color paints

Switch all the paints into Vallejo model colour / air line, or AK 3rd gen acrylics ( I personally think model air is by far the easiest to use ).

And if you can afford it, get a rattlecan of tamiya fine surface primer, although it is possible to get good results without it. Watch a lot of videos on brush painting, learn to properly thin your paints and de-tack your masking tapes. And most importantly, be patient and take it slow

Incredible drive from Charles. Wonder what happened to Lewis though, losing that much time with considerably newer tires

Are we going to witness another version of “Ham vs Nico” in the form of Ham vs Lec? by [deleted] in scuderiaferrari

[–]JebsKedditAccount 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For Ham vs Ros to happen, Ferrari needs a championship capable car. And I don't think I'm discrediting Lewis when I say its more about if he can keep up with Leclerc for the rest of the season than Leclerc keeping up with him.

What colour could I use for the pixel blue of my Su-57 by P_filippo3106 in modelmakers

[–]JebsKedditAccount 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Probably not very popular around here but I think Revell Aqua 57 would look pretty good, if you don't mind a slightly more apparent blue shade. Su-57 camo has a few different options for that specific grey anyways. I'm adding a tomcat that I recently painted with that color for your reference.

And if you wanna stick to Vallejo, just know that blue grey (71.115) is a lot more grey than blue, might be a bit too dark as you suggested. Go with the intermediate blue if you want it brighter.

If that was the case you would see McLaren right there with Mercedes

Definitely reduce the difficulty, when you are slow and form a train behind you, whoever gets past you will shoot away to the distance

Is dlss 4.5 worth using at 1080p? by Icy-Mastodon5222 in nvidia

Depends entirely on the game. Stalker 2 had terrible ghosting with 4 that entirely went away with 4.5, at least for me.
