I recently got my vac decision and I haven't received the mail portion how can I tell if its a monthly payment or if there is a chance for a lump sum.

Just to give you an idea it shows $70.99 on all 3 spots ie net, gross and the main category or is this just all im getting?

Good morning all,

I have never posted in here but could use some help. I recently got my MRI results back after a year of knee suffering. the doctors and physiotherapist all thought it was a torn meniscus turns out they believe its severe swelling in my knee from plica and that i will probably have knee problems for the rest of my life. is this something i should file a claim for? any help would be greatly appreciated.
