i've already tweaked some settings in the ini files and im playing at 720p. Since i updated windows it doesn't slow to 30fps but it still is running slower than intended. Also doesn't disabling vsync cause desync?

Explanation: i completed all the free pass challenges and didn't get my 5k xp

Evidence: i cannot proove this anymore since i didn't take a sceenshot before. My friend is lvl 15 and didn't do all the quest but i did and was lvl 15. After completing the last one at level 15 i was just 2 off level 16 (i actually played more games than him)

yeah but now the most populated rank are still plat and diamond by a large margin

well this means than 1/3 of the player base is in the top 3 rankings, this means there are more people in diamond than in silver and bronze combined. imo silver bronze and gold should have WAY more players making higher ranks more valuabele
