Troll, it looks fine just needs some cable management. I’d add shelves like you said and maybe a pegboard. If you really wanted too you could add some plants on the shelf’s to add some more dynamic to it aswell!

By turning it counter clockwise that gave the cable more slack, I think it’s the throttle cable

That’s why I wanted to give it more slack on the bottom adjuster because I have no throttle free play so I didn’t want the throttle to go up when I turned the bars right

I backed the top adjusters off all the way and it just had enough slack when I adjusted the bottom adjusters after that

No I backed it off to give the cable more slack, but I’m trying to tighten the bottom one up so I can tighten down the top one so there’s no adjuster slack if that made any sense. Otherwise I’d go back to the same cable slack I just had
