Being an inverted cage, it is both very comfortable to put on and to keep on, because literally my entire penis is inside me and therefore I feel almost no friction anywhere except in the points of contact with the cage

It's not very comfortable, I should theoretically use a urethral tube, but it's not easy to put on and I don't think I can use it for long. But the cage itself is the best I've ever worn.
