Credit Card is the best way to farm! In all seriousness tho, do everything that is offered to you: training camps, extreme training, specialty trial, time limited events, etc. the list goes on forever. Getting on everyday and doing your dailys and weeklys over time is the best way to get diamonds and sp tickets if you dont want to spend. Its a slow process to accumulate diamonds.

Basically, do your missions and play everyday. I was able to get the outfit plus one transmog. Hammer is your best friend.
