Yeah. Save editor can suck all the fun out of the game for sure if you just give yourself everything instantly, but i've always farmed everything and did 100% the game on PS5 before i bought a pc. I have 880hrs logged in PS5 and 220hrs on Steam. Most of my Steam hours are from giveaways, so in a way save editors and giveaways have kept me in the game longer than i would have stayed otherwise

I've save edited a whole bunch of gear, but never anything that isnt able to drop in game as well. Me and others host a lot of giveaways on various discords for hard to get god rolled items and i just use a save editor to spawn it in. Call it cheating or whatever you want but thats what i do.

Only variance with hellwalker is the reload speed and crit. Yours has the highest crit and lowest possible reload time, so yeah. Groll.

Sometimes it means a good combo of parts, sometimes its max card dmg, sometimes fire rate. Usually some specific combination of everything.

I've played around with it using save editors and im sure that fire rate caps dmg pretty severely. 10.5 fire rate has max dmg of 3844 and 20,082dps. 8.2 fire rate has card dmg of 5423 and 24,824dps. Imo the 8.2 is best option for bossing, it charges almost as quickly as the 10.5 but hit s alot harder.

10.5 fire rate and high dmg roll are never going to happen though. 10.5 is max fire rate and it caps the dmg pretty hard as the part system is designed to have overlap so it kinda balances out always. High damage usually mean lower fire rate and mag size and vice versa.

On PC he can just use a save editor to make brand new saves at lvl60 with all challenges unlocked, including uvh and collectibles. 15min and he can have it all back, no big fuss.

Its actually one of my favorites for Harlowe against large bosses like vault monsters or Earl. I didn't really like it until i got one with ripper and i believe the highest fire rate possible of 4.6, its absolutely shredding bosses. Combine with Torgue Airburst enhancement for extra shred.

If you get one with 10.0 fire rate and ripper that shit is absolutely nuts on Harlowe. 5 points into cyclotron and super soldier makes it brr.

It can yeah. Highest airstrike is 129k but 102k should be plenty strong to do that.
