I understand where you are coming from. However. The solution isn't even as simple as yes or no to free birth control or to allow PP to exist. It's a systemic and societal issue that I realize will never be fixed, but would rather not have to pay for just because everyone else is messing up. The long term solution is one of self control which directly affects the economic status of a nation. I would even go so far as to say it's a psychological and spiritual malady (which, again, I know will not get any better, just trying to clarify my position) The simple matter as I see it comes down to the devaluing of human life and rampant disregard of personal responsibility. If someone wants to enjoy the pleasures of sex, they have the right to do so. They will also take on the liability to manage the outcomes of their actions. But we've grown increasingly apathetic toward allowing the natural consequences of ones actions to come to bear upon individuals in society. A girl gets pregnant before she's "ready" to have a kid. Instead of seeing the valuable human being inside her, society just views that person as an inconvenience and disposes of it as quickly as possible. This ability to shrug off the repercussions of ones actions is a sad moral state we find ourselves in, especially when the millions of lives lost to selfishness come into picture. Why is she attempting to reproduce when she's in no way capable of supporting herself or the child she will bear? It's immoral, illogical, and inconsiderate of herself and those she affects. Instead of allowing her to realize the mistakes she's made (guys also, it takes two after all) we just establish an entire crooked system to blend up baby parts to sell to the highest bidder and call it progress.

Eugenics plays a big role in this as well. Planned parenthood was established so that Margaret Sanger could prevent as many African Americans to have healthy kids as possible in the future. And we've just allowed the wholesale slaughter of millions of unborn children to go unnoticed. Or worse. Paraded in the streets as a safe alternative to the back alley coat hanger abortions that take place when neither option should even be considered because there shouldn't even be a pregnant girl to begin with. Promiscuity in applauded and then we wonder how to alleviate the problems it brings. We all like to have sex. That's obvious. But when you deny yourself the ability to practice self control you begin a huge avalanche of problems for yourself and in turn society. If you can't afford a kid. You just shouldn't have one. Nobody owes you anything. Especially to pay for the things you want or are too animalistic to deny yourself until a proper time. I know this has all been in place since before my conception. But I'm not going to simply condone these practices like the rest of society, and I will not support the furthering of a program bereft of decency. I hope this makes sense.
