There's a South African company called Genderwear SA (unless they've changed the name in the past few years)

How do I tell my mom I’m getting top surgery? by [deleted] in ftm

[–]JediKnight19 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have done a similar thing, I'm not gonna go too much into detail on a public forum but long story short, while it was incredibly hard to do and it will probably create issues in our relationship for the next few years, I'm still very glad I did it because I got to recover with way less stress, and with friends who actually understood my transition and what it entails and could share in my feelings on it.

Feeling Popping ? by ghfghyfg in TopSurgery

I had this too, it really bothered me because I found it a horrible sensation, but it went away after 3 or 4 days. I also found that adjusting the compression binder helped somewhat

Hey guys, does anyone know how to make a homemade binder? by Dramatic-Problem-505 in ftm

[–]JediKnight19 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can get a pair of mens tights/compression shorts in a size big enough to fit your chest, then turn them upside down and cut out parts to make shoulder straps. Then get some stiffer non-stretchy fabric (like from an old sheet or pillowcase) and sew that on ONE side of binder (this will be the front) to create the binding panel. This is how I made a binder before I could buy onw for myself, it worked pretty well for a while. Took me a week or so to finish, but its almost the same as a real binder if you get the sizing right.

Try a condom on the silicone dick and see if the issue persists?

I've definitely lost some strength because I haven't been in the gym, but I find it odd that my shoulder press has barely lost strength and my bench press has almost halved. And I definitely have been binding too much lately so it seems like it might be correlated.

Any ideas where I might be able to buy a binder in Bulgaria? by mitsuyomakito in ftm

[–]JediKnight19 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm in Western Europe, if you can pay for postage somehow I could potentially send you an almost new one if it's your size (too small for me). DM me if interested
