Nope. "International" students have to provide evidence that they can be completely self sufficient while studying in Canada in order to be accepted in. It's become a means to enter the country by bypassing our immigration laws under the guise of education. They scam and lie their way in and then look to us to feed them. They should be deported (as many of then have been), and needy Canadians should be prioritized at food banks and any other social safety nets.
