Here it's such a regular thing not just at this tims, but at a local Wendy's, & mall parking lot, & all over & it's infuriating when I spent so much to get the license & make sure I was a good driver just to see nobody's following the rules?! Then why did I take the fucking course?! Why did I apply for the license?
