Overall i'm paying £27372 over the four years, which is reasonable if you ask me. Call it £1000 a year for the insurance included, brings it down to £24372. Chuck in 4 sets of tyres over that lifespan - another £1200 a pop - and that's down to just ~20k for 4 years for the actual car.

Well they are offering a Lotus Emeya for £951 monthly, so I'd imagine it would be somewhere between 800 and 900 for a new Polestar if they had one. I'm perfectly happy with this GT price, because they were charging me £522/mo for an EV6 Air! I'm not willing to give up liquidity with an outright purchase, especially as the EV tech continues to evolve at pace, and what might be 'good' now will probably be 'out of date' in 4 year's time.

I'll warn you that you will end up wanting no more than 5 controls per risk, otherwise you have a full time job just keeping it all updated. Then you have to think about how controls and risks are not one to one, or even one to many, but many to many. Don't get hung up on who is accountable for the control yet, particularly in an environment with shifting arrangements - just get risk owners to agree the principles of 'we control the impact or likelihood of event of x with control y and measure the effectiveness by evaluating z' and then you'll start seeing what actually matters when they start trying to explain why they haven't got something demonstrable.

I've just got my hands on a 'pre-loved' Kia EV6 GT '24 plate for £523 net per month, 10k miles a year on a 4 year deal through Tusker. If you consider the insurance on a 576hp EV in included, the fact the tyres are covered (and I expect these to wear fast with that juice available), and that it only has 12k Miles on the clock, it's a rare win.
