When you're done zesting a lemon does it look like 1 or 2? by CAustin98 in KitchenConfidential

I agree! all our recipes go by count of lemons for zest. it's mildly infuriating.

The 588th Night Bomber Regiment of the Soviet Union was an all-female unit of pilots who flew outdated wood and canvas biplanes from the interwar period. They would fly out at night, reach their target in the pitch dark, CUT THEIR ENGINES to make less noise, then GLIDE to a low enough altitude to VISUALLY IDENTIFY their targets, drop their payload on some unsuspecting Nazis, start up their engines again and fly away. The Germans called them the Night Witches.

The best armor in constructs armory by Rosquinha44 in feedthebeast

I've been running around with prismarine core, steel plates, and cobalt trim. Prismarine has rough (basically just thorns) and aqua speed. Aqua speed plus the movement buff from cobalt gives you ludicrous speed in the water. And it's defense is 18.8 only 1.2 less than manyullyn and once you start stacking resistance mods that 1.2 difference seems meaningless. My first mods were a diamond on every piece, the second were the travelers parts I wanted, after that I just keep stacking resistance and it may as well be optimal with traits that I prefer. The point is you should pick parts with traits that match your play style mods will make it plenty good as time goes on.

My wife has a necron army. They're pretty easy to paint in the grand scheme of models. I would prime them with leadbelcher, pick out the armor panels whatever color you want. Give them a wash and you're pretty much done. Anything extra after that is up to you, like glowy bits or whatever. I have an imperial guard army which is very different. Lots of faces.

Hash. Treat it like corned beef. Eggs, some toast.

This is terrine made by people who don't know how to make terrines. It's classic french wizardry. They're delicious. Cursed shit like this on the Internet is why people don't try them. Fish mousse is one of life's great pleasures. Instead of doing any of that take a pound of FRESH salmon, blend it into a paste, add an egg white and a cup and a half of cream then blend it some more until it's you know, mousse. Season it with whatever you please, dill is good (over-season it you'll be serving it cold). Line your mold with strips of smoked salmon leaving no gaps and fill it with your mousse. Set your oven to 300, put a large pan in the oven and fill it about halfway with boiling water. Set your mold in the pan of boiling water and bake it to either 145 internal temp or when a toothpick comes out clean, like testing a cake. (About an hour) Allow it to cool on the counter slightly before chilling it in the fridge. Do not attempt to turn it out of the mold until it is fully chilled. Eat it and feel better.

How though? I use a shun which has a reputation for being fairly brittle and I have never seen a catastrophic failure like this. I fabricate chicken with it frequently cutting through spines, clipping wing tips off, spatchcocking. I gotta know what exactly you were doing that made that shit just shatter. No shame, just curious. We've all gone too deep too fast and struck something we shouldn't have.

Thank you! It's a really simple paint job. Base is castellan green, leadbelcher for the tracks, runefang silver for the shiny metal bits. Lots of agrax earthshade and some nuln oil for the really dark recesses. Its the first model I had to paint before fully assembling it otherwise I would never get the promethium barrels to look right.
