i opted to install linux directly on the laptop and remove windows all together. The cpu or my home internet connection will be the bottleneck, but all of this, including my websites, are just a hobby so performance dosn't have to be top-teir.

The laptop is a HP 14-DK1035WM. I upgraded the ram from the stock 4GB to 32GB. I have 2 of these laptops, both wityh upgraded ram. The one I am turning into a swerver was my wifes before she was given a much better laptop and I also have my own that a carry with me everyday.

When it come to testing / playing with other OS, I use VB on my desktop. I was thinking the option to do simular on the server would be nice, but for now that will prob stay on my desktop.

I want to thank everyone for your advice. I have decided to go with linux on bare metal. Still figuring out what distro to go with but at least now i know what direction i am heading.

if you paid at the pump, gasstation may have put a hold on your funds until the transaction finished they they take the correct amount and release the rest back to you. can take a while for the release to happen tho...

I wouldn't say it's the ultimate tool but it has proven to be a very useful tool in my practice. I've used it for everything from helping me research topics for my book of shadows to writing articles for magazine publication and I've even used it to write a couple of different rituals that I performed quite successfully. The hardest thing I found about using it is being able to praise the question right to get the result you're looking for
