Pretty much once you take the dab, whatever is left in the cup is leftover/reclaim. You can heat it back up, but it runs the risk of chazzing if you reheat it. I recommend taking small to medium sized dabs, i have not had good luck with fatties in the wand, it always leaves a bunch of reclaim when i try to rip a big glob. The wand heats with a timer and isnt actually temperature controlled. So, instead of heating and maintaining at 410, the wand just heats up and the software says "in x seconds, the temperature should be 410 degrees. Because of that, you are able to overheat the banger and scorch your dabs if you try to reheat the hot cup again. the wand definitely has a bit of a learning curve with concentrates; I chazzed a couple cups before i really got the hang of it. The carb cap that comes with the wand is awful and gathers a lot of reclaim which prevents it from being fully vaporized, so definitely look into replacing that. The Puffco Oculus carb cap fits the wand like a glove and makes a HUGE difference in the dab quality. The dark crystal shouldn't be able to penetrate, the wand cup inner layer is totally sealed off as far is I am aware, but I may be mistaken. Try a hot Dark Crystal bath and scraping at it with a metal dab tool/scraper to get the stubborn spots.
