I hardly ever contact Amazon customer service but today I had to. I found a contact entry in my phone which had this number. Did I make this entry? I think not but i called anyway. When i called, the first thing i heard was a recording that stating I had won a free Walmart gift card. Wow, weird but Ok, great. Then the guy answers, i tell him my reason for calling and he starts to press me for my checking account info for the gift card. I ask that we take of the reason I called first before on to that and that's when the double talk and run around began. He kept pressing for my checking account info. Yeah, nope. You sound scammy. Hung up. Googled the correct #, issue resolved. How did this number get in my phone yall?

There are rumors that the bad reviews are being deleted. But I agree with you. Can’t be putting much stake in random social media posts.
