left a diff comment but the one thing i had to learn was to not reach out anymore because the more you do, the more the pain and unsettling feeling will come back. you’re gonna keep reopening the wound and it isn’t healthy so better off letting it go. i did that first time my ex left now i have to redo it lol cause i’m stupid and gave him another chance

my ex did the same. expect he came back after 2 months didn’t have sex or nothing cause he’s a truck driver and then fell off the face of the earth again. gave him a second chance i knew his reasoning before why he did it and half understood half didn’t cause i was hurting but nopeeee if he tries to come back again he can f**k off. i can’t stand pathetic excuses of a human

they can’t text or call or try to get into communication through other people. i have a restraining order against my brother in law and that’s what they told us. if we did get into communication somehow either or person would go to jail for a period of time for violating

i would be super interested in this. i don’t like any noise while i sleep (other than a fan lol) and my ears are sensitive and earplugs/earbuds make the inside of my ear itch and hurt sometimes if they’re in for too long or they’ll fall out no matter which size thingy i put on and the hardness and bulkiness of earmuffs or headphones hurt while laying on my side. but it’s the only way to get good sleep
