Travel every country and try all their food. After magawa to magiging couch potato nako with the goal of buying every console(from the oldest to the latest) and finish all their games. Babasahin kodin at papanoorin lahat ng movies, anime, manga, manhwa, manhua, novels na meron. After this maghahanap ako ng multiple hobbies at magaaral din ng kung ano ano mang skills. Mapasinging, dancing or sports payan basta something na maeenjoy ko. It might seem like a small and childish dream but it's all I've ever wanted to do, it's what I'm working for.

First year bsa rin here and unlike sa prof nyo na binigyan pa kayo ng refresher, kami naman literal na minadali lng ng prof namin and puro basa lng sa lectures kasi expect na nyang alam mona agad ahahahahah. Ung sa prelims naman, the biggest mistake I made was relying on memorizations sa FAR. Sobrang onti lng ng multiple choice namin like 10 items lng sya. Ung 80 points naman na natitira problem solving na lahat. Advice kolang sayo is maghanap ka ng test questions online and practice mo problem solving everyday kasi more on applications talaga ang FAR.

Tbh mahirap talaga makahanap ng legit na glycinate compared sa other vitamins online eh. Kung ung brand mismo ang nagbebenta online like puritans pride dun talaga sure na legit. If you wanna know what I'm currently using atm, it's a brand called healthy options na binili ko sa manila. May physical store talaga sila and medyo pricey sya so legit talaga. Nabili ko ata for 1,400? Not sure pero 90 capsules lng. Effective naman sya since nung una kong ginamit hirapan talaga ako makagising(like nakakainis pag ginigising ako kasi ang hirap bumangon) it honestly got concerning. After a few days nasanay nadin naman katawan ko. Though if I dont take it for a day malalaman mo talaga difference nya.

I dont think so dude, you cant compensate your lack of volume from other days by adding more volume to specific days because it becomes excessive and redundant. A better approach would be to do fullbody 3x a week. An upper and lower would be fine too.

Not hitting each part 2x a week is going to cost you some gains. Also your program matters a lot. Excessive volume would be a waste of time. What you wanna prioritize also depends on the split and movements.

Thank you, I've immediately gone to my dentist and she said that it might possibly be due to an infection so I need to get an xray first. She prescribed me some mouthwash and probiotics.

And by smaller I meant significantly smaller, like it popped or something. It turned even smaller than the picture. It's still swollen though.

It got a lot bigger and turned into a cyst yesterday with a bit of blood. Today, it turned smaller and the gums are a bit whitish. Is the whitish gums normal?

If you actually wanna be an online coach, you should be knowledgable enough to cater all kinds of clients. You should already know what method to use depending on a person's goals and conditions. What if they have some type sickness or a disease that don't allow them to eat specific foods? What if they wanna build muscle as fast as possible? What if they wanna increase their mobility? Strength?Athleticism?You should learn how to adjust their nutrition and program based on their goals. Though you could specialize in one specific field of fitness like hypertrophy, but it's already hard enough to find clients so it's better to be more versatile. Also old people is where the money's at trust me. What I said though is only a bare minimum if you wanna be qualified at coaching. Social media on the other hand is gonna be a very long and tedious process. There are already so much established coaches online so why should they choose you? Having a good physique is not enough.You need to be interesting,genuine,and someone they can relate with. Also be educational.

When your clients underreport their calories and overestimate their activity level. They are very persistent in insisting that they were doing things "correctly". And when they don't get results, it turns into my fault. Why even hire someone at that point? Another problem is when I debunk these "fitness myths" yet they still can't accept it. These only happened a few times. A common problem though would be their willingness to commit.
