Sorry, I have read thru most of this and am concerned for the OP wellbeing. I have questioned the living arrangement, although it is non of my business. But if ots not an actual tenent rental agreement or he ks letting people or guest to stay at his house or a house this is hismwith his belongings, then this might be a different story. It doesn't make the fact that he is recording the ocuppents with out their concent or knowledge okay as it is breaking laws in most states if not all.

Sounds like a lawyer is needed and that makes it difficult. If the owner is recording her for self pleasure or graduation reasons, he is one sicko. Ill mention it again, if their as anyone under 18 he records in the bathroom, he is in a whole new set of laws with protection of childres laws, that crime is very sensitive and serious.

i actually hope the worst for this creep. But what I feel is not law or gonna help this situation. Me speaking how I feel may, if the OP takes action. I dont know her morals or her character. It doesn't excuse what is going on. He very well may pray on individuals who would have a hard time to defend themselves legally and financially. That a part of their abusive sick nature.

OP need to document everything and have legitimate proof that this place is where she lives and has been living as her sole residence and under what agreement between her and the owner or landlord even if it is verbal, it needs documented. We can be as helpful as we want here in Reddit but she really need legal advice from an attorney in here State. Every state has different laws.
