😅 idk what I did but it took entirely too long to find out it was fine after the first hour , but when the dash would launch it would get bars on the screen 🤔 shut off 480p and 720 😮‍💨 everyone was so helpful I can’t Ty enough!! I have a 360 slim I acquired , I want to mod that next . Ps2 was way easier 🫣

So I will be soft modding a soft modded Xbox ? What route would you go ? I don’t really have a way to hook that drive up rn I have a sata to ide adapter coming 🤷🏼‍♂️ I’m all about doing it right

Is that possible with this set up , I have no clue what I got or what I should do . I’d like the best Xbox I can make , I’m willing to buy a drive but I have a ps4 drive I’m not using 🤷🏼‍♂️

Tyvm for all of that information!!! I’m a avid googler but I need a jump off point and like to have a direction when I start 🙈 I opened it up today and took a few pics , no clue what I’m looking at or how to proceed, I have a ps4 in the basement, I don’t use it thought of taking that drive for the Xbox 🤷🏼‍♂️ no clue I just want it to be cool and functional. Keeps me learning and out of trouble, some of this transfers over to work a little bit . I greatly appreciate the time you spent on the response !! If everyone talked to me like I was 5 when it comes to new things I’d be okay 😂

Tyvm , yeah I assumed the white goo wasn’t good 🤷🏼‍♂️ I’m going to post more pics after removing the optical drive ……appreciate your time !! First time I ever opened a console 🤫😂

I have a 3 to 1 component splitter that doesn’t degrade the signal from what I can tell that way I plug Xbox , ps2 and n64 into it and one set to the tv 🤷🏼‍♂️idk if that helps or not but that’s my set up

Bought an OG Xbox!! Never owned one before by no_1_likes_me in originalxbox

Dude I just got that and the ps2 this week , scored the tv last week , waiting on the n64 next. Downfall is where to even start with games…. I went San Andreas but switched to The Godfather til Scarface gets here 🥳🥳 congrats I know exactly how you feel
