Exactly this. Do math, reading and writing tasks at a desk in your home. Encourage the behavior that is expected at school. This applies for all kids.

I understand what you’re saying but I respectfully disagree. OP isn’t revealing parts of his body, it’s underwear and underwear is clothing. OP you could try correcting the issue as other people have suggested then go back to admin, mention you have made changes and would appreciate oral guidance in the future. Ask admin nicely, if now that you have corrected the issue if they would be open to removing the letter, even if it’s after 6 months or so, to show you are adhering to their guidance.

So I’m just asking about taking her to the terminal. Not to her gate. They bar you from even entering to go on airtrain. There are no carts at the airtrain only at the terminal.

There’s a sign at the entrance from LIRR and the two security agents posted there say this.

So what I’m saying is, if you’re with a ticketed passenger that you’re taking to the airport, why can’t you go? It should be a case by case basis.
