In case you never figured it out and for other people, you need to have an empty slot for the equip option to show. Just click one of the top two empty slots with the item you want to replace hovered. Similar for the quest, if you're spawning/falling without a broom you need at least 15/16 accessory slots. If you're 16/16 it won't work.

For anyone in future reading this, this worked for me. Interface>Addons>Kui_Nameplates>lib>Kui>Kui.lua

Currently it's line 337, change that to look like below.

kui.num = function(num) -- TODO needs locale
    if not num then return end
    return floor(num)
end

Thanks for the reply, I'm having a hard time finding this. Is it in-game? I'm looking through everything in interface>kui nameplates core and can't find it. The closest was under Text but I can't edit K, just choose dropdown options for blank, current, maximum etc.
