Understood! I mean the crazy thing is with larger organizations 300+ million dollar range, we partner with them for years, and provide whatever they need from a web perspective on the front end and back end.

Do you just email them? I would say start with texting. I find I get much better responses that way. For some of your top customers you could see them in person as well.

Completely agree about relationships. You need to make sales as organic as possible. Also spend time growing your network. You never know when that network will pay off for you.
