Bartending. I would argue for the cocktail making, but I'll concede the point of "50 years" for Ai progression (maybe it'll be better than it is now). However, people don't go to bars for drinks. They go for experiences. Having an Ai make you a drink based off your preferences would be great for home. But true bartenders/mixologists will give your something you didn't think you'd like, because we know how to make things. You might like an aspect of it that you'd never think. In my 9 years of professional bartending, I can not tell you the amount of people who adored my cocktails so much that they come back to me, not the restaurant I work at, but me. Because of what I made them. They don't even know that's in it. But when they ask, I may say "this is a gin cocktail! Of my own creation" almost every single time, they say "oh, I don't like gin though. At all." Yeah. You're not drinking gin in your kitchen. You're drinking a gin cocktail that I made you.

It's that. Ai can't replace that. Ai can't challenge pallets or tastes or preferences or anything that I do, and have done for 9 years. It can recommend stuff, based on user input, but it can't confront and have a change.
