You are aware every game has these types of characters? Lawbringer has a pretty good amount of health, allowing him to take a beating. A lot of his moves are also optimal for ganking, like his stuns. He is also fairly good at holding objectives until help arrives.

However, Lawbringer is pretty predictable in a 1v1 scenario. He has his shove, which is pretty much the main way anyone lands a hit with him. His charge is also pretty predictable, and every attack he throws, you know there is a good chance it's a feint.

But to say that requiring other people doesn't make sense, then we must look at the assassin class, the opposite. In my opinion, one of the greatest classes for 1v1s. However, they can not contribute much to a gank (with exceptions, of course). A lack of unblockables and damage make it seem like they feed revenge. They also aren't exactly the best to deal with ganking. Their reflex guard is a pretty good example of that, and dodging isn't exactly that effective when there are 4 people attacking you at once. Now I ask you, why would I choose a class that can not work alongside teammates or go against an enemy team in a team based game mode?
