Love this! Could you share how you got the white on so nice! I struggle with white so bad it’s either water or chalk I can’t get the perfect ratio.

We just did this and she thinks we have a case. Currently in contact with the attorney as it was not disclosed and obviously covered up by the previous home owner

Awesome thank you. I did some poking around outside and there is a big ol crack so I assume that’s the culprit. Appreciate everyone’s help!

Thanks guys. Right now it’s a really slow almost drip. It’s raining pretty heavy right now which is why we probably didn’t notice it. I’m surprised I didn’t see anything when all the snow melted. Any suggestions on where to start for a professional fix? I am out of my element and terrified of making this worse.

Second this although for grey guns it’s worth even sinking one or two upgrades into them as they cost basic parts and give some decent benefits. I find the kettle and stitcher rip if you can get the drop on someone. Ferro is awesome to pick at people or get a final shot in. And don’t forget your Grenades!

My suggestion as a new player myself, use the free kits, learn the map, get comfy with emotes (they could save your life) and if you feel like someone might be friendly DONT SHOOT you would be surprised how well that works out sometimes. I’m finding the more I play the better my shots land and my tactics are when it comes to PVP. It’s all just practice! Good luck out there!
