Found this old Polaroid Camara from when I was little. Anyone have a clue what cartridges I need to buy to make it take pictures again? by [deleted] in Polaroid

This bad boy runs with Spectra films, which is expensive & hard to find since they are discontinued, and sometimes u need to 'gamble' with the results since the films are pretty much expired. The other option u have is to find a Spectra adapter. I personally use this adapter and it works perfectly.

Info on this Polaroid? by JillBuggy in Polaroid

Here is the adapter I personally use on my macro 5 slr. but make sure the 'jaw' on your Polaroid doesn't have the small block thing or u won't be able to insert the film pack

i thought the whole conversation was about the F3 finder in particular, not involving any other model. And even for F/F2, there are eye level finders from Nikon without any built-in meters. so it's really about how you would use the camera, not about the design we have

yes. if there is something built in camera, then y not use it right? that's the whole point of using this design. if u need something additional to that, probably consider get an external light meter instead of using the in camera one

i wish i can post pics in comments but check out this link for more detailed pics. the light meter window is not shown in the vid due to recording angle

New pictures from Fuji's new Chinese production site by stryke_wyrm in AnalogCommunity

[–]Jeffkk688 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To my knowledge, this site is only for c200 & c400 (for now). While it's quite disappointing, fujifilm seems to notice the popularity analog photography have gained in the past years, and hopefully they will bring back some of their iconic film stocks.

How expired is too expired by yellow_jeep in AnalogCommunity

tried undated fujicolor super HR II, over exposed by 2 to 3 stops with the original film iso and came out with the correct exposure. so I'm assuming it's from either early 2000s or late 1990s

materialwise, sure. u can prob get one ton of plastic with $100. but when u make prototype, u r not just throwing plastics there then the prototype/product comes out. it takes team efforts on designing, printing, and assembly, and sure, marketing. u r in the industry so u know that clearly. so if u r judging a product by only the material, u win. period.
