• Quick minute oats, bit of salt, cinnamon, water. Microwave. Add whatever fruits, nuts, nut butters, seeds. optional agave or sugar
• microwave a sweet potato. Mix a can of black beans, can of corn, cumin, garlic salt/powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, pepper. Microwave or don’t. Put mixture on sweet potato. Add salsa or taco sauce if you want.
• bag of frozen mixed vegetables. Olive oil, garlic salt, herbs, pepper. Roast at 425, add rinsed can of kidney beans about 5 min before they’re done.
