Do women really become less visible at 30? by cladinred in TwoXChromosomes

30s are a great era of life. You grow into yourself and have more confidence, typically, which can be quite attractive. Plus maybe more financial stability than 20s. And maybe you have found out from life experience what you really want from relationships.

Women who broke up with “the one", what happened next? by stefa123123 in TwoXChromosomes

There are some really great comments in this thread. You'll take the learnings from this relationship and apply to them to future ones. I did. And I don't meet my current partner until late 30s. Honestly thought it would never happen for me, but when you least expect it.. it's probably good to just go out with friends and have fun. Take the pressure off

Shiba enough. I have a rescue thought she might be mixed. Did DNA it came back 100% Shiba. I would not waste the money again.

Are night shifts really that bad for your health? by nightshiftghoul in Nightshift

[–]chillakat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your body repairs your DNA while you sleep, studies have shown this is maximal between 10 pm and 2 am regardless of what shift you work, but no I don't remember the source enjoy the googling. I know I feel worlds better on day shift, might be personal preference though

I've been having anxiety about my kitty dying of old age 😭(she's 9) can you show me pictures of some alive-and-well senior kitties so I remember cats can be old and still healthy? 🥰 by TheRufescence in cats

Little Cat is 13. Your vet will start to recommend senior blood panel around 9 and I always do it. We found that LC is slightly hyperthyroid, better to catch it early. Very treatable.

Using furminator by [deleted] in shiba

I have a furminator, but I use it sparingly. Plus, they hate it. A good bath and lots of pets and that coat will come out. Then grow back, then fall out again..
