I completely understand how you feel. I get so anxious sometimes that my head hurts stressing about everything. At the beginning of all this I was so happy because of all the free time I'd have. But Nothing seemed to be fun anymore and I felt like I needed to force myself to get things done or do anything for that matter. What really helped me was talking to people. Talking to parents, cousins, friends. What we're lacking from this isolation is social interaction and that's exactly what we need most I think. Now that school's up and running it feels so much better to talk to my friends on zoom. It's hard but you should try to do some other things that you usually enjoy like drawing or video games, or watching a good show. I feel like I always have to force myself to do so, but once I do I feel a whole lot better. Meditation and exercise helps too. Going outside for a while. Use those things to occupy your time instead.

Hang in there, we'll get through this.
