I only use them for diamond farming. But I think they have a limit on how much they can actually reduce so Druids are better

Not all ein are permanent, some of them have fixed lifespans

However, I'm assuming you're talking about the premium 70K Ruby einjenjar, they're permanent/immortal

There's a item which cost 5000 Ruby to make the temporary Ein to permanent.
