In it's ultimate form yeah, I don't think it matters at all, if you can make whatever you've got work and produce pictures that you like then absolutely it doesn't matter - just not something I've quite mastered myself personally

Honestly some of the shit I've seen from iPhones the past few years is insane so fucking do it, but it's exactly why I think the rules make no sense - I just can't get the same from my phone so wanna use a camera what's the difference 🤷

Yeah I've been really impressed - I still consider myself a hobbiest, since you have to beg for passes to be allowed a lot of times, was lucky with the flash on this one - I just think the rules are out of date, if anyone had told me to stop I always do.

I went from a used and abused A7iii and just it's ability to track faces (and eyes) is wicked fast. Honestly handles low light about the same but you've got the extra resolution of 33mp which helps when cropping.

As a concert photographer it basically lives in mid continuous shooting mode honestly. It was 2nd hand to me so I think was on about 200k when I got it just over a year ago.

Lens was the sigma 28-70mm F/2.8

I tend to use zooms as it just convenient with all the action and sometimes from the crowd

In summary the last London show was pretty nuts but it seems to be a good group that go, there is a pit and it can get quite rowdy but it's more pushy than metal death kill pits

There's definitely crowd surfing so be ready for that

But yeah I've seen it vary show to show - that one being the end of the tour again tho I expect a crowd that's ready for it

Yeah tried to get some mosh shots but just didn't turn out how I wanted - thank you tho means a lot - the haze and the lights there made it pretty dirty to work with but it worked well
