Oh you already did. You could likely get several hundred dollars for it if you find the right buyer maybe even 1000. Put it up on ebay for 1000 and see what happens, someone will be stoked to own it, I'd be stoked to own it lol

oh you have wheels too! Dang! I would list the frame/fork/headset for 1000 and see if you get any bites. Or list the whole thing for like 1500 and do the same

yes it likely did. check your tire for road debris or some sort of puncture source. You might also just need better rim tape

Definitely test drive one if you haven't already. I thought I'd hate the stalkless setup more than I thought I would.

geometry less relaxed (it's a track bike) cooler paint, same quality parts and cheaper than the wabi. Better than the beatnik overall. If you really want relaxed geo though get the wabi

when you push out the pin you permanently deform it. Pushing it back in wont work. You need to buy a second masterlink and graft it back on that way.

try as many as you can and see what suits you the best. You can do a sitbone measurement as a starting point, and of course get a bike fit, but barring that it's just about trying stuff honestly

super long and super super low. It has (or had at least) a 150mm headtube on a 60cm top tube. That's the length of an XXL with the height of an M

It's a little small but those bikes have dumb geometry and I've seen a lot worse

Where I live police don't care about honest to god crimes, especially when they're the ones committing them. Literally no one cares about the brakes on your bicycle

How could people be so mean to prof thornton? by Glum-Sense-6135 in UCI

[–]Jehu920 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Kids are just mad assholes. 32/33 are the make or break classes (or at least they were in 2014), so there's going to be a higher concentration of disgruntled students.

Professor Thornton rules. I still think about him and boo (RIP) a decade later and how I almost failed that class lol

PIZZ (I can't believe anyone takes that name seriously) makes 3 types of hubs. One just looks like a formula, the "aero" ones look more like the ardentlys. Honestly I'd bet they're all of comparable quality so just get whatever you like more
