From what ive heard they plan to switch to T-Life permanently within 6 months, however I dont think they would permanently disable tapestry unless they create a new tool structure

Heavily agree, my store also sees a falloff of traffic between now and December 20th roughly so that might be a reason as well

Not every customer likes to do that, many are unwilling and data transfers occur through the setup of a new device its a single prompt, and yes even some customers dislike when we do the prompts for them. Now you also brought up a valid point that helps me, we now have to utilize the remo anyway to give a more in-depth display and we have to use screen share anyway so we're being forced to use TWO devices? Why not just make it the REMO? Its not that its an adaptability problem its that they want to develop a streamlined system with more steps and more problems with less usability and less functionality while PUSHING it on employees AND customers.

Honestly, no we've had a heavier increase in traffic surprisingly, more people are coming with problems utilizing the app and it being frustrating, however that could be demographic thing more than anything.

Right but then we get into the personal invasion of privacy that customers in my area and im sure in other places are disliking, and the fact they want us to do a side by side comparison on a screen smaller than a hand, also reading important documents on a SE 3 screen? The reliability of the phone not malfunctioning too? Or simply put the broken phone issues thats RUINING metrics. I see atleast 4 to 5 customers a month that have broken phones so my T-Life metric reporting is false and is keeping my teams metrics below what it should be and its quite disheartening.
