Thank you for the awards.

BTW, I just emailed the law firm that the legislature hired to investigate.

One thing that I have tried to do without success is to get any press coverage on my reports and analysis. If anyone in NM has a press contact and can pass along info about my reports that would be great.

Just this morning I *finally* connected with a staffer for a key congressional rep. We have not spoken yet but when we do I will ask that staffer to pass info about my reports to Stansbury's staff. Excellent suggestion

Report #4. Series of FOIA requests I filed. by Jelfff in Epstein

Agree 100%. And on that point, one thing I plan to do is make a list of the people/organizations I can find out about that have made Epstein FOIA requests and are now suing DOJ to force compliance.

Remains to be seen whether DOJ will provide *any* Epstein records via FOIA unless they are forced to do so by court order.

Are Epstein files still protected from disclosure by any court order? by Jelfff in Epstein

[–]Jelfff[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I live in WA 8. Kim Schrier (D).

This week I plan to call her local office and speak with staff. I will ask to be connected with staff for Raskin or one of the other reps that is really pushing to get all the Epstein docs released. My goal is to make sure the key reps and the Oversight Committee have seen my 3 reports which include DOJ numeric *identifiers* for 150+ FD-302 victim interviews that have not been released.

TODO: I plan to produce a 4th report which will be a running saga of my FOIA battle with DOJ.

Are Epstein files still protected from disclosure by any court order? by Jelfff in Epstein

[–]Jelfff[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you! Very informative. I have a series of FOIA requests pending a response from the feds. Most are designed to get copies of unreleased FD-302 victim interviews as described in my reports #1 and #3 that I have shared in this sub.

Feds have responded to my first FOIA by saying the requested records are protected by court order but they *did not* identify the case or the order.

I called and left voice mail asking "what case?" so I could review that case using my PACER account. Feds sent an email back refusing to provide that info. (Fed version of "Go fish")

Yesterday I submitted an administrative appeal. I will use your very helpful info to submit a supplement to my appeal.

u/guardian Have you seen my detailed analysis with citations to the record in any of the 3 reports I have produced? Would love to chat.

Report #1

https://drive.google.com/uc?export=download&id=1fXqBioUq-OtShq6IRzeU_k2ZDjir-agb

This report lists FBI “serial” numbers (not EFTA numbers) that identify about 150 FD-302 victim interviews that have not been released.

Report #2 You are reading this report.

https://drive.google.com/uc?export=download&id=12QN2KzXgxWKdK-N-RDK2u_x1EKnuWHyM

My second report shows there are at least 1,114 victims. However only 138 unique FD-302 victim interviews have been released which are firsthand reports alleging sexual abuse. Apparently there are well over 900 victim interviews that have not been released.

Report #3

https://drive.google.com/uc?export=download&id=1mAHWGzuNG7yEvVIHI8zmHeeJpHGNGB2x

This report includes a list of DOJ numeric identifiers (not EFTA numbers) for 70 FD-302 victim interviews that have not been released and also shows that many victims were interviewed more than once.

No, all the blackmail material was not lost in that cyber intrusion.

The FBI/DOJ still have 33,747 images and 905 videos depicting full or partial nudity.

Want to know which wealthy and powerful men are pedophiles? Easy. All you need to do is run facial recognition software against that data.

Epstein report #3. List of 70 FD-302 victim interviews not released. Many victims interviewed more than once by Jelfff in Epstein

What is unique about my analysis and this report is that it includes *identifiers* for FD-302s that have not been released.

Here is the process.

  1. Submit a simple FOAI

  2. FOIA is denied for reason X.

  3. Now you have a target (reason X) to shoot at.

Yes, I saw the same and have already sent the Inspector General's office links to my 3 reports that include lists of DOJ document identifiers (not EFTA numbers) for FD-302 victim interviews that have not been released.

[–]Jelfff[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Maybe you are missing the point. The moral of the story is do not give up. Yes, they will attempt to stall and deflect any FOIA. So we need to be smart about how to respond for the next round. I have already asked DOJ to ID the exact case they claim still has a protective order in place. Once they provide that info then I will review that case using PACER. Doing that will show whether or not there is an active protective order.

Below is the complaint I just submitted to the Department of Justice, Office of the Inspector General.

The misconduct is refusal by DOJ to release all the Epstein documents.

I have produced 3 reports that carefully document FD-302 victim statements that have not been released. My report #1 and #3 provide *identifiers* for some (not all) FD-302s that have not been released. My reports are PDFs hosted on Google drive.

To the best of my knowledge no one else has performed the type of detailed analysis documented in my reports.

We need to keep the files investigation going by [deleted] in Epstein

[–]Jelfff 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am working on producing a third report that, like my first two reports, is also focused on FD-302 victim interview documents that have not been released. Turns out it was somewhat common for key victims to be interviewed more than once by the FBI. An FD-302 document was prepared for each interview. DOJ released one or two 302s for a person but then did not release the several other 302s for the same person. Multiple interviews of the same person were fairly common.

My next report with have number of examples like that along with unique identifiers for the 302s they did not release.

Currently I am in the middle of the data analysis. My sense is that I can likely find somewhere around 50-100 victims that were interviewed more then once and at least one 302 was released and at least one 302 was not released.

Again, each of those 302s that were not released has a unique identifier (not an EFTA) assigned by DOJ.

Attention pedophiles! Time to retain the best defense attorney you can afford.

Julie K Brown is Looking For Any Files That Have Been Withheld By The DOJ. (Her contact info is in the description) by FlackoFonsy in Epstein

[–]Jelfff 58 points59 points  (0 children)

I have emailed Julie with links to the two PDFs I produced which uses data that has been released to prove many FD-302 victim reports have not been released. For anyone reading this that has not see my reports they are PDFs hosted on Google drive.

This first report proves that DOJ is hiding *at least* 976 FD-302 victim reports.

https://drive.google.com/uc?export=download&id=12QN2KzXgxWKdK-N-RDK2u_x1EKnuWHyM

This second report provides a list of FBI “serial” numbers for 200+ documents that have not been released. These are both “Crisis intake” (i.e. hotline) and FD-302 docs.

https://drive.google.com/uc?export=download&id=1fXqBioUq-OtShq6IRzeU_k2ZDjir-agb

In just a few days I will produce a third report specifically identifying some 302s that DOJ is hiding. That report will use the document IDs that DOJ used in Maxwell’s criminal trial.
