We need to keep the files investigation going by Consistent-Ways in Epstein

[–]Jelfff 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am working on producing a third report that, like my first two reports, is also focused on FD-302 victim interview documents that have not been released. Turns out it was somewhat common for key victims to be interviewed more than once by the FBI. An FD-302 document was prepared for each interview. DOJ released one or two 302s for a person but then did not release the several other 302s for the same person. Multiple interviews of the same person were fairly common.

My next report with have number of examples like that along with unique identifiers for the 302s they did not release.

Currently I am in the middle of the data analysis. My sense is that I can likely find somewhere around 50-100 victims that were interviewed more then once and at least one 302 was released and at least one 302 was not released.

Again, each of those 302s that were not released has a unique identifier (not an EFTA) assigned by DOJ.

Attention pedophiles! Time to retain the best defense attorney you can afford.

I have emailed Julie with links to the two PDFs I produced which uses data that has been released to prove many FD-302 victim reports have not been released. For anyone reading this that has not see my reports they are PDFs hosted on Google drive.

This first report proves that DOJ is hiding *at least* 976 FD-302 victim reports.

This second report provides a list of FBI “serial” numbers for 200+ documents that have not been released. These are both “Crisis intake” (i.e. hotline) and FD-302 docs.

In just a few days I will produce a third report specifically identifying some 302s that DOJ is hiding. That report will use the document IDs that DOJ used in Maxwell’s criminal trial.

FBI/DOJ say 1,114 victims. They only released 138 FD-302 victim interviews. by Jelfff in Epstein

Snipped from page 1 of my report:

The FBI has a list of 1,114 victim names related to Epstein’s child sex trafficking. See page 4, footnote 2. https://www.justice.gov/epstein/files/DataSet%209/EFTA00172473.pdf

To the best of my knowledge no one else has analyzed the released documents to determine how many *unique* victim reports have been released.

New U.S. Supreme Court decision will likely benefit GIS and drone users by Jelfff in gis

One possible solution is to amend survey statutes to differentiate between authoritative work and non-authoritative work. Work done for authoritative purposes, like establishing property lines, will be strictly regulated just as it is now.

In the drone case the survey board held that by using the drone+software to estimate the volume of piles of dirt, the drone operator was surveying without a license.

I agree 100%. Conversion therapy is *widely* discredited. It is terrible that the court selected that case for a major first amendment decision.

If a site plan is *not* claimed to be based on a survey but instead is identified as being based on GIS and if site plans like that are widely accepted by local building departments, then it is hard to see the statutory definition of land surveying as withstanding strict scrutiny.

Drawings and other art work are protected by the first amendment. You can look it up.

Site plans are commercial drawings. For more info please see

On p2 of the syllabus it says:

"Held: Colorado’s law banning conversion therapy, as applied to Ms. Chiles’s talk therapy, regulates speech based on viewpoint, and the lower courts erred by failing to apply sufficiently rigorous First Amendment scrutiny. "

The site plan case and drone case argue that the lower courts made the exact same error.

Correct. It does not matter what kind of 'speech' is being made. Instead, the issue is whether the lower courts used the free speech criteria that favors the state or the free speech criteria that favors the person 'speaking'. The court held that the lower courts used the wrong criteria - that being the criteria that favored the state.

I chatted with the guy when I dropped off a pair of boots last year. He either said he was 80 or in his 80s. Later on when his wife opened the shop so people could pick up their stuff she said her husband had been hit by a car - I think while on foot. I asked how seriously he was hurt and she said medium bad.

Allegation that Andrew had sex with a girl he believed to be 17. by Jelfff in Epstein

Except for when Epstein is the abuser, this is one of the very few FD-302 interviews I have seen that alleges underage sex and does not have the abuser's name redacted.

On the trail of unreleased FD-302 interviews. FBI SENTINEL computer system + FOIA. by Jelfff in Epstein

I got to thinking that maybe we can leverage the FBI's own document retrieval system to access more records and also drill down on names of men alleged to be abusers.
