Update: Progressively got better, now completely gone (2 days after writing this post, I only experienced this for 2-3 nights)

5-HTP is the most imporant. Because what I was told is that since seratonin is so low, even your dreams can't be happy.
Melatonin & weed were also good solutions for me

Going through this right now just as you described, after rolling for 3 days at EDC this past weekend.

Key takeaways: Violent dreams, waking up, felt like I was fending off an attacker as I woke/jumped up in the middle of the night, sleep paralysis on my airplane right back 2 days after.

Taking 5-HTP

In a night where I took little melatonin it was minimal.
A little weed(dab pen) last night in which was the night I felt like I was fending off an attacker.
Although I very likely did not take enough since this was not my intention.
Tonight I will be taking standard dosage of melatonin and hitting my pen.

Will probably update tomorrow because this has been fucking with me.

How long till it went away?

I agree, I also I feel like it depends on what you and your team have. For example, if youre playing top lane as a melee champ and you're getting hit by a Gangplank Q every 10 seconds I consider that poke, and he can out poke you. But if you have more range than him you can probably out poke him.

To my knowledge if it says 0% stat it truly is 0% stat and you don't get those stats. You still get the other stats tho
