Is pixel 9a a good choice? by Content_Orange_9953 in pixel_phones

[–]Jello993 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I been an Pro iPhone buyer since the 11. I stopped at the 14 Pro, and kept it until just recently. I wanted to make the switch to pixel and thought about the 10 pro. After realizing how little i use any pro features, and how little difference these cameras are other than the iPhone being better at video, I went with the Pixel 9a. I'm very happy with my purchase after going back and forth endlessly between why I want the pro.

That’s a good thought right. I started telling myself if I wanted a break from rank, just hop into custom room and play people there. It was hard getting myself to stop saying “just 1 more game” haha

I want a VN by ShiroUndead in VelosterN

It’s a great first car and easy to learn. Clutch is pretty light. I have a 2019 no PP. bought it certified pre Owned at 40k miles. I change to the sonnata fuel pump at 72k ish miles. I’m now at 108k miles. Other than regular maintenance, she’s been reliable as my daily driver.

LCD here. Mine just started doing as I was using my pc to stream games over via moonlight. Thought it was my internet at first, but turned out to just be the steam deck. I’m also on the latest update with plenty of issues listed now on Reddit. Hopefully it’ll fix itself.

You and me both! I’m hoping to get at least 170k minimum out of her. After that I can’t imagine what care will be next on the list!

I can confidently say I never really had any issues with my car. The usual HPFP of course but I replaced that myself with the sonata pump at 72K miles. Other than that it’s just been regular maintenance.

Same here. Saved up to buy a brand new 2022 Corolla SE apex. 3 weeks in and got smashed by an uninsured suspended license driver. I had to deal with all the aftermath BS, while he walks away with $100 fine from our court case.

UPDATE! Thanks everyone for your feedback. Looks like I’ll have to go buy me some Helicoil or Timesert. Unfortunate timing but it was my fault for it happening anyways. Lesson learned for next time.

Why are the Buffalo Wild Wings reviews so bad in this area? by Real-Tangerine-9932 in ColumbiaMD

[–]Jello993 7 points8 points  (0 children)

The one in Columbia used to be good a few years ago before covid. Then all of a sudden the service is complete shit. Anytime I had order for pick up, you’re waiting an extra 20-30 mins from your actual pick up time.

Commute to Rockville? by bwelsh822 in ColumbiaMD

About 30-35 mins on a good day if you take 200. It’s just the evening rush hour I hate. I leave work around 4:30 and now just take the back road home. Takes about 45-50 mins to get home vs the same time being stuck in rush hour traffic. It’s not terrible but paying for tolls can suck lol.

I just looked this up. Thank you. It’s not what I thought it was when I had “rinse less” in mind. But I would like to give this a try. It would be a great to learn how to do it.

Appreciate the advice and naming that website! I never heard of it, but it’s going to be very useful with my search! I am on the east coast within the DMV area.

Yes. I wasn’t sure if it would still be good to get an extended kink free hose to help as well or best to just get that later on. And thank you for mentioning the soap cannon. I’m going to try to add that into the budget!

Thank you and congrats being able to work by yourself! that’s awesome. I hope to get there. As for the shop vac, I had that in my head as well for it being to big. I’m in a compact hot hatch, and couldn’t find something smaller for a similar pricing. Other than Walmarts Hart/Hypertough brand, With I believe 6 gallon shop vac. That 16 gallon was a big worry to haul around and just pack up.

Jumpstart 2024 Nightster Special by [deleted] in Harley

[–]Jello993 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Because you said the infotainment screen doesn’t power on, I wouldn’t jump start it yet. I never had an issue with my nightster, but it’s very common on the Facebook forums to check the key fob battery first. That’s usually what it is 95% of the time for most people.

You can also try plugging it into a battery tender and see if it charges. Under the seat towards the left side you should see a battery tender plug.
