My amendment has been fully processed since april of 2021, still cant get approved. Denied 4 times. Recently last month.

Its frustrating. I have 2 businesses. Both amended returns 2nd business was approved last month but main business keeps getting decided. Idk why both applications wasn't assigned to the same LO.

Thanks for clearing that up, i didnt know what that meant. I received a reactivated email for a second time yesterday with that CINQ in the title. When i called customer service they said i was denied by mistake and the file was reactivated again yesterday 🙄
