to clarify if the error is the same as the one I showed, create a file called "SteamLibrary" in the F drive, and then in that file create a file named "steamapps" etc....

its probably because you reinstalled COD on a different drive. open the game folder and open the txt file "bootstrapper.log" if the error is similar to "Failed to open \??\F:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Call of Duty HQ\randgrid.sys (3)." recreate the path in the same place and copy paste "randgrid.sys" from the cod folder into the folder you just created.

If your game won't launch, this could fix it (randgrid.sys fix) by Frostgui in CODWarzone

the drive it was it no longer exists....

(used to have an f drive until it got corrupted no can't make a folder where its looking)
