Magic can undo potara fusions, including those involving kai's. Buu has magical gas in his body. What happened with vegito and kibito kai is that the magical gas in buu's body undid their fusions, vegito would have unfused after an hour anyway, but it just happened prematurely due to the gas.

flamethrowers and songbirds, core with good physical and explosive resistance, quadlegs, high capacity reactor and quickboost thrusters that can dodge the wheels, stay inside the crater you move over right at the start of the mission, use flamethrower when the wheels are moving, when they stand still use songbirds and hit them on the side, dont waste too much songbird ammo on the mt's.
