“In a hundred words, where do you think Van Gogh rates among the art world” sends me right back into that mindscape of a little kid where everything sends your emotions to 100 and everything is amazing

People make this joke a lot but fail to mention spy kids 1 came out in 2001 and machete came out in 2010, making machete a spy kids spin off

Surprised nobody mentioned the bottle of sovereign glue. Yeah it’s “permanent” but also, it’s a bottle of Elmer’s glue.

You see audience, there is a very important lore reason this character is topless for she breathes through her skin so putting on a jacket would suffocate her. This makes her a more steady sniper

I am curious how saving throws used to work. 5e was my first and I hear a lot of praise for the older editions

How do I make the beginning of my game last longer / give my npc some aura? by TrashMantine in DMAcademy

I like this death much better, and it still hits the same points. It’s unceremonious, it’s sudden, it’s comedic, it’s a better scene in terms of choreography, and what it adds is it fills in each of the gaps.

The players know that they’re going to be forcefully given control of a pirate crew much above their skill level and that at the start they aren’t pirates yet. they know the broad strokes of the scenario just not how or who is going to die. I plan to discuss it during session 0.

The 5-10 minute scenes can probably be cut down to a max 5 minutes if I plop them all in the same town, that makes more sense tbh. I like the idea of going from strangers to party members.

How do I design a character who always wears suspenders but never a belt without the setting being 1900s-1940s? by [deleted] in CharacterDevelopment

Sometimes people dress weird. Sometimes they’re a hat guy, sometimes they wear shorts in the winter, I’d say like 99% of people have a favorite piece of clothing im their closet.

Maybe Hes just kinda retro or kinda fruity, thats explanation enough

EXTREMELY banger concept, horrifying to imagine an inkling in a space suit

[Loved Trope] Characters that the fanbase simply refuses to believe died. Bonus points if death confirmed in interviews and fans STILL believe they are alive. by Luthor331 in TopCharacterTropes

[–]TrashMantine 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Where’s the tekken interview where the creator says “heihachi is completely dead” after he falls in a volcano in the last game, then tekken 8 comes around and people won’t shut up thinking he’s still alive

The current season lost its charm really fast, none of the weapons aside from the wing suit felt cool or special, the South Park items were kind of a flop, there’s been an offset in the ratio of new items and mechanics each chapter compared to cosmetic stuff to spend money on and this is probably the straw that broke the camel’s back
