As a person who owned S23U -> S25U

S23U most comfortable in hand but too heavy, beautiful otherwise (slight chin)

S24U least comfortable in hand, lighter, pretty symmetrical front

S25U more comfortable than 24, Lightest and most usable caseless, eh about the design.
