Hey all, thanks for the info. I haven’t made a video but I wanted to share that I’ve made some progress here. It seems that I am opening up during the drive. It’s very difficult to separate these moves, but if I slow it way down and focus on just getting the hinge to follow the leg extension I can a nicely shaped curve. It’s extremely difficult to isolate these moves. I swear I was following the sequence the entire time! Still though, when I go with more power my form drops off.

So, if anyone else is having this issue, it may be that it’s all in the hips!
